Installation Method

1. Hanging installation
Hanging installation is a common way to install lightning arresters, that is, the arrester is installed above the conductor, and the arrester is hung in the air above the conductor through hooks and other fixing tools to achieve the purpose of lightning protection. This installation method is suitable for various occasions such as high-voltage transmission lines and power substations. It is not only easy to install, but also can avoid electrical interference caused by the friction between the arrester and the wire.

2. Plug-in installation
Plug-in installation is to install the arrester in the socket of the equipment or other plug equipment, such as socket-type arrester, plug-type arrester, etc. This installation method can effectively protect the safety of a single device, but care must be taken to maintain good contact between the plug and socket to prevent potential safety hazards caused by poor electrical contact.

3. Fixed installation
Fixed installation is to install the arrester in a fixed location, such as on the shell of a certain device. This installation method is suitable for small equipment or when there is no special socket or other installation location in the equipment.
