Application:

MJPT pre-insulated connectors are designed for LV-ABC systems with neutral messenger.MJPT is used on phase conductor.

Material:Al≥99.5%

Feature:

1.Insulation sheath is made of weather and UV resistant material.

2.Clear marking on insulation sheath to indicate crimping die,crimping sequence and times,cross-section of conductor and stripping length.

3.Elastomeric caps and pre-filled silicone grease ensure superior waterproof.

4.Stripping of cable insulation is required before insertion.

5.Tested by dielectrical voltage of 6kV for 1minute under water.

The crimping method is a wiring method that presses aluminum wires together through pressure.

The operation steps are as follows:

1. Peel off the aluminum wires respectively to expose the inner core;
2. Insert the aluminum wire into the crimper respectively, making sure to align them correctly;
3. Hold the handle of the crimper with your hand, apply pressure, and press the aluminum wire together tightly;
4. Wrap the connector with insulating tape or pipe sleeves to ensure no leakage.
