The installation steps:

1.Open the Cable Accessories: Take out the Cable Accessories and unfold its structure.
2.Set on the end of the line: Put the tension wire clamp on one end of the line.
3.Clamp the wire: Use pliers to clamp the wire into the inside of the tension clamp, making sure the wire is clamped correctly.
4.Secure the upper end: Use the appropriate tool (such as a winch or wrench) to tighten the upper end cable and make sure it is firmly fixed.
5.Check the clamping: Finally check the clamping to make sure it is neither too loose nor too tight.
6.Complete the installation: After the installation is complete, check that all parts are working properly and perform necessary tests to verify the quality of the connections.

The following points should also be noted during the installation of accessories:

Retain the grounding set during the tightening process, including the short-circuit grounding of the tension insulator string and the pulley grounding on the towers on both sides of the crossed power line, and ensure that all operations are carried out in a closed area with temporary grounding.
Each accessory installation work point should first set up the working ground before the formal operation begins, use a braided copper wire with a cross-sectional area of ​​not less than 6mm² as the grounding lead, and remove the working ground by itself after the work is completed.
When the flying car crosses the power line, it must ensure a safe distance from the live body, and there should be a special person to supervise during the flying.
After all the accessories are installed, according to the provisions of the engineering technical documents, some temporary grounding should be retained as semi-permanent grounding, and the rest of the temporary grounding should be removed. The semi-permanent grounding should be recorded and inspected regularly, and retained until the completion acceptance and removed before starting operation.
